Could not buy a correct cylinder kit for this ped however picked up a minerelli one ...after running over it with a vernier the only difference is the wall thickness of the flat area the new cylinder being 1mm thicker than the original cylinder my concerns are that this may be for rod clearance ...would anyone know it's purpose please ...everything else measures the same as original ...any help would be wonderful, thanks cliff

When I was in my shop I would put on wall in question with Dykem and assembly and hand crank a few times and take apart and see if it rub's it. You most likely have no ideal what Dykem is maybe use magic maker. Just thinking

Drop the new one in the case,,, tie a clean rag around the rod end so it doesn't scratch the bore,, I think it's a go
