Does anyone know off hand what the size of the roller weights are on this bike? I have an extra set of dr pulley slider weights that are 20X12X12g and was wondering if these would fit in my wife's bike.

No jimbo1710 those are for the Linhai, your wife's scooter uses 23 X 18 and you need to pull them and weigh them to be sure, here is some to look at including sliders which is what I use even in my Linhai:
