Hey guys, after some research and lots of debate ( what we could afford with reason ) I chose the dragon exhaust syst. I know some of you are not pleased with these but I think it was a good choice for my situation, as well as I got it for a decent price. The larger pipe will disapate heat well and that should make it last. I was very affraid of the noise factor, but after installation it sounds O.K. to me. Not near as loud as I thought it would be. It needs some modification for the 2008 250B but not that much. It sure looks better and sounds better than my broken muffler And as you can see in the next shots it was getting quite hot. and here the first baffle is gone and second one on the way The third baffle is still in good shape. This next shot is me rejetting the carb thanx to The Big Guy's instructions and J.R.'s posting And here is the cheapo can I got from E-bay. Or what is left of it! Not much as you can see. At the time I did not think so, but it is pretty funny ;D. So at last a few pics of the new exhaust on the scoot... And the cool shot intake. My daughter and I had fun putting it on and modifying it to fit the way we wanted it to. The only bummer was I dropped the drill bits on my bench when we were drilling the jet and I drilled it at 55 intead of 56, And this is to phat for the scoot. So I have ordered new jets. These drill bits are so small they are hard to tell apart let alone put back into the index holder. As of now it runs great up to full throttle mode, then it loses a little power. So waiting for new jets. I am hoping that this exhaust will last more than a year or two going up and down the hill. She looks O.K. and sounds O.K. too....See Ya.

Hey Nice job!! That does look very good and I sure do hope it lasts more than a year! Knock on wood my 08 250B still looks and sounds good and I just can't figure out why you've been so unlucky on mufflers.
BTW you do know you can soldier that jet up and re-drill right?
Again nice work!
