Ok Well I decided to get away from Scooter and on to Motorcycle. I just bought a 2007 Yamaha V-Start 650.
I am selling my oldest my Linhai Then he can take do some riding together and he only lives like 5 miles from where he works so should make a pretty good commuter for him getting back and forth to work. As for me with a 63 mile one way drive to work I wanted something that had a bit more girth to it and hold the road well. I will be putting my Jonway YY250T up for sale very shortly I need to get it out of and dust it off good.

With my going with a cycle I also upped my Outerwear also going with Textile Armor that is good for all weather. Was 48 degrees around here today as a Hi and was very comfortable. Shifting itself is no issue at all that part comes easy. Getting used to the clutch and starting out from a stop sign that is going to take me a bit of getting used to.

Very nice bike....ya know there is no law against having both a scooter and a motorcycle.

Being the owner of, and truly enjoying two, 1200cc, German made cruisers, I am still very fond of my little Chinese scooter, and it is my go to vehicle when I need something at NAPA, the grocery store, the hardware store, etc., etc.

When you are going a longer distance, or Mama wants to go for a ride, or you feel ya must be able to run at highway speed to be safe.......It's nice to have a capable motorcycle.

Well As of right Now I still own 2 Scooters. I have a Jonway and a Linhia. And the Linhai will be going to my Oldest son so will still be around. I will still frequent the forum. Love this place.. :

Late to the party as usual,,, my love for motorcycles has spilled over to scooters,,, I love Em both,,, and with my under 10 mile commute I especially love the $5-6 per week in gas to get to my shop all week with my Stella ,,, being in LA and gas hovering around $4 per it's nice,,, and I met a bunch of great people on the forums as well,,, cheers,,, great bike,,, a very wise choice that machine is one of the greats!!!!!
