Oh and i know not to buy a Chinese belt again . only gates or Kevlar

do I need to remove any of the plastic or just the black cover to replace the belt ?

Don't know squat about your scooter, but in general I think replacing the belt involves removing stuff you can get to on the left side without pulling any major plastic. Good luck!
