I don't know what happened, but i tried to jump start my bike with a big truck and, saw sparks. Then the dashboard went out and, everything went dead. Please help.

You connected the jumper wires to the wrong terminals if it sparked and everything went dead. Hopefully it only blew the fuse check the fuse and or fuses. Which motor is in there the 244 helix vertical or the linahi horiziontial motor. Or if you can tell us if the SOLENOID has a 20A fuse on it and wires going to it. If not then check the fuse coming off the positive battery post it should be a 15a it is probably blown. Or yours may have a Fuse box with fuses to feed different things on the scoot. Alleyoop Does yours look like this under the seat if so under that cap are the fuses.

Yup, that was one of my first electrical "adventures" with my 2011 Roketa, and it blew the in-line fuse Alley mentioned. Thought sure I had fried everything, but a new fuse fixed it right up.

A tip for you that we learned early on is to shut the truck engine off before jumping the scooter battery--too much amperage and voltage in that alternator on the truck will some times overload that small battery and charging system--good luck--fflintstone

Looking at the fuses is not good enough you have to test them many look good but they are bad: Get yourself a Volt Meter and a 12V light Tester: Harbor freight has them really cheap. You can use the 12V light tester and test each side of the fuse to see if juice is flowing through it. If it is the light tester will light up. Do you have a SOLENOID with a fuse on it? It will look like this if you do:

Roger on what Alley said about the fuses. When I looked at all my fuses (and the fusebox) I found that a couple were questionable, so replaced them all with good US product. Also found that the fusebox itself was poor quality, the little slots tended to slip down out of position and result in weak/no connection. My solution to the latter was to replace the entire fusebox with a better-made one from AutoZone, not at all expensive. The replacement was a bit tedious, lots of not-much-slack wires to carefully keep track of and disconnect and then reconnect, but I've had no fuse issues since, and as a bonus got a couple extra slots for later add-ons.
