Either belt will work but you'll only know for sure which one it has by opening up the CVT and looking.

My Vog 260 (same base scoot) came with the 856 and when I changed it after 10,000 miles I tried the 871. It is a legitimate option for this scoot but mine was constantly slapping around. I went back to the 856 (at JR's suggestion) and I have been very happy. Just make sure to get a Gates or other reputable belt. I got a bait and switch generic belt from Scrappy and it shredded after just 800 miles.
