I have a 08 Znen ZN150t-b, and both of the lights went out recently. So I pulled the bulbs and they are marked with "S1 12v 25/25w" I'm wondering if anyone knows where to find xenon bulbs in this mount and wattage?

This is likely the standard BA20d configuration bulb. While they're out you might consider going with a regular 35/35 for more light. If your heart is set on xenon I'm not sure they come in 25. I just did a quick search and here are a bunch of options.
