Wich side we need to install KOSO slider? On the web i find for DR PULLEY, but for KOSO they have different shape. First time i put my 5g slider inside the variator, top speed was 30 mph at 9000Rpm! After i put the KOSO logo on top, RPM was 8500rpm for 40 mph. But the belt didn't go at the top of the variator(see pic) And i see on the web, the logo go front of the wall of the variator! Here two pictures of my slider inside the variator, i put 2 in differents position, let me know if it's A or B??I buy 5g and 6g! Thank's!

I try the way you said, acceleration is good, but i lost top speed!? I try 5g, 5.5g and 6g slider maximum speed was 70.8km\h (43mphGps) and with 5g Rollers my top speed was 75km\h (46Mph) on gps! It is maybe me who install badly the slider, but it's not good for me... I use KOSO variator and slider!

Well if you want good weights get DR. PULLEY Slider weights. But the way you have the KOSO weights installed in the picture is CORRECT round part of the weights slide up and down the ramp. I don't know why your not happy with 46mph its only a 50cc scoot not a 150, most folks cannot get their 50s to 46mph only in the lower 40s some only high 30s. So you have a fast 50cc scoot there and should be happy. Alleyoop

I would not believe them unless they can prove it. Really, do you now that a stock 150cc scoot stock can only do 50 may 52 mph. So don't believe everything other 50cc guys say lot of them THINK they are going faster than it really is. If yours can REALLY do 46mph THAT IS FAST for a 50cc scoot. You will not find to many guys with 50s that will beat that, If they do they have a bigger BBK and lot more mods. Alleyoop

I had problems with the Koso sliders I bought . I used them in my Koso variator and one of the sliders kept turning out of place causing the variator to not close fully on decel . I never had the problem with dr pulley sliders.

Most 150cc scoots should be able to do 55mph if tuned correctly , that is the carb plus the cvt .

I am soo happy I found this out. I was searching everywhere for how to put these in and couldn't find anything. Come to find out, I had mines in upside down as well, I just fixed them and now I am flying! Wow I had just installed a BBK, carb, cam, sliders, 1500spring set, etc... I was swiftly getting up to 30mph but not exceeding it, I flipped my sliders over, now I fly to 40 so fast and it wants to go faster but I'm only on city streets at the moment. I plan to do a highway test soon. Thank you soo much.
