The last year has been NUTS. Worked all last summer redoing my basement so that my dad could move in. Which took place in late August of last year. So Last year did not do much scooter riding at all. And so far this year has not been much for riding either with my Dad moving in with us my garage has been converted to a multi purpose Work shop for Wood working and for working on scooters. It is coming along well though it has been tough my dad brought along 50+ years of accumulation to add to my 18+ years so trying to sort through and get rid of everything we do not need has been quite a chore.
The garage is coming together quite well and as of 3 weeks ago we were finally able to unburry the scooters for the first time. My garage is now insulated and is quite comfortable to work in now with temps in the 90s able to keep the garage in the 70s which is great for working out there. I have it wired for internet so we have computer out there as well as radio. If I find a good deal on a good small LED TV will add that in out there also so we can what Football or what ever when we are wood working or working on scooters.
Work is still very BUSY. We got bought out a year ago and we are now buried in work which is good. But I am working 50+ hours a week. So I get up about 3am and get home about 7pm every night. 50+ hour weeks plus the added 2.5 hours a day in driving makes for very long work weeks and very short weekends.
