Is it fine to spray paint your scoot muffler with regular spray paint? i painted the front part (header part) only of the muffler cause it was corrosive.
Will it explode or catch fire?

It will just burn off and peel. You have to use something that will take heat like for painting grills.

I painted my muffler with paint meant for a grill based on recommendations I received here, and it worked out well. Good luck.

Yep grills get really hot over 400 degress and the mufflers do not get that hot.
