Hi Forum,
I have a YY250T 2012 with about 800 miles on it. Recently I noticed the following: after driving for a few miles and engine is hot, every time after I stop (traffic light or stop sign) when twisting the throttle feels like the engine is vibrating badly. if I play with the throttle a bit I can get over it and then it rides fine.
when engine is cold I don't have that problem.
I have the scooter at the shop and it's been there for a while and they can't figure out the issue.
Any idea? suggestions?
Thanks,
David

I had a similar condition on my scoot. However, the vibrating/shuddering occurred even with the engine cold.
While I had the CVT belt cover off, I removed the clutch drum or bell, & emery cloth sanded the entire inside of the bell.
The clutch pads could be glazed a little or the clutch bell could be slightly warped. Sanding the pads can help too.
On occasion, if a scoot is abused, the clutch bell turns blue from the heat. Hope this helps.
