Have a headlight problem on my 2006 Chinese scooter..when I hit bright on dim one light comes on the other goes off depping on bright or dim

Do you mean high beam or low beam? If so I think its normal for your low beam to cut off when your high beam comes on and vice versa. That is what my scooter does. Please be more specific.

Yes it does it with high and low..goes from one to the other.. just doesn't seem right.. I've seen scooters that don't do that..

Not being rude but if you tell me what scooter you have, model, year, etc. I can tell you if that's the norm for your model and how to change it if you like.
