Information needed on canopy top on a scooter:

When I was looking on U tube regarding the variator, one of the people had a scooter with a canopy looking top on his scooter.
Is this option available through an accessory dealer?
If anybody knows, please get back to me.
It looked like something I saw on a trip in Europe years ago.
