You will have a HOSE going to the AIR TUBING look at this picture WHICH BIG HOSE goes to the air tubing from the CANISTER PULL it off and plug the CONNECTOR ON THE AIR TUBING. You can use Duct Tape or anything YOU JUST want so that the CARB does not suck in EXTRA AIR that is all so you don't want extra open air inlets to the carb.

Could the choke be bad or the carb fouled up? If I can't get this to work I may have to take it to a scooter shop to get fixed. .Money I don't have right now...

I was looking at the set up on your bike. Do you only have one T and no canister? I followed your instructions from earlier but I still have 2 T's. I want my set up like yours?

Yes only one "T" NO CANISTERS what you see is all the VACUUM one hose going to the carbs ACV and the other HOSE going to the FUEL PUMP that is it.
THAT WHITE "T" pull all that crap out, you should have the BLACK "T" that you have a hose going over to the other side of the carb the SHORT ONE TO THAT "T" and ONE HOSE ON THAT "T" going to the FUEL PUMP.
EVERYTHING OUT PULL OFF AND OUT AND HAVE THE GARBAGE CAN THERE. JUST SAVE the hoses and clips(HAHA).
