One of three things to do or a combination of them. Check the needle and raising it will give more fuel, then one will need to adjust the A/F screw to get that all set. If that doesn't do the trick it will be time to put in bigger jet. Where ya at Alley? JR

The problem most 50s have is when a Free flow Filter is put on, many have found that leaving the Air Box in solves the running lean problem. Are you doing Plug Chops at WOT and are you doing them correctly. Reason I ask is it may be running lean in the mid range and or at lower rpms. So how do you RIDE mostly wide open throttle or just cruising around?
But if the plug is showing a LEAN condition you need to up the MAIN JET go with a 105 and see if that helps. A 100cc BBK is really a 83cc and many put in around a #95 but leave the Air Box on. Alleyoop

I have done everything to add more fuel for the mix....I raised the diaphragm needle, opened the a/f screw, and i just received a #95 and #100 jet.I started with the 95 still lean then the 100 and same thing.I am still running very hot and lean. And if i put the stock air box on all it does is bog at WOT.The way i am checking the spark plug is running it for about 10 min untill it gets warmed up then riding at top speed then hiting the kill switch at top speed...Pull over and check its always the same color grey/white.Anymore suggestions? Thanks everyone..

Then you have to put in a bigger main jet. Reason your bogging with the air box is due to the Main Jet being to big . With less air you have to cut fuel with more air you have to add fuel. So if you leave the Free Flow Filter on then you have to go bigger on the main jet. You just have to find the right mix of fuel and air. It is all trial and error but you need to go bigger than the 100 main jet if it is still running lean with that on. Alleyoop

Does it idle OK? If not check for a air leak on the intake gaskets.

Some have put in 110 main jet to get them to run good with the 100cc BBK. So if you can find a deal that some usually have and you can pick 4 jets for a good deal I would get 105, 107, 110 and a 112 or anything close to those sizes. Because if you add a free flow exhaust you then may need one up it again.
But let may say this YOU ARE CLOSE, when turning gray the next is a little tan. Alleyoop
