I've been going through a Spark Issue with my MC-62 and not getting a blue spark can lead you to believe your having other problems. If you have a blue spark, and your valves are adjusted properly and you have a new carb. That eliminates alot of stuff. Is there something collasped in the muffler? (That happened to a friends car)
Is something binding up in one of the wheels? Take both bikes out for a spin and check the axel areas to see how hot they compare to eachother.
