Scoot is running great, better then it has ever done before, but I still had some issues with a jerking or a hiccup at about 60mph, (not as bad as before) so I made two adjustment which put my a/f at 2 1/2 turns out (a 1/4 turn at a time) Tuesday made that last adjustment, going to work made the hill going out of town, got on the interstate and made the next biggest hill, but on the way down it started to jerk pretty good when I was backing off throttle, got to work, so on the way home I decided to try something different, when it started to jerk at about 60, instead of backing off the throttle, I held it steady for a few seconds and it stop and I was able to increase my speed going up another hill going home, then no more jerk or hiccups the rest of the way home (about 8 miles) but it was weird, almost like a clogged drain opened up will check and see how she rides to work tomorrow. Hi richardthescooter,I have been kind of lurking around waiting to see if you got the solution from some of the experts ...in the meantime ,it occurred to me it could be partly electrical as well, like ,maybe a spark plug wire or sparkplug or some other obscure part we haven't even thought of--just a thought-----good luck-- fflintstone

Hi fflintstone, yea I was thinking that. Stop today at advanced auto and pickup a tube of that dielectric stuff to help with electrical plugs I'll see if that helps ;D

Here is what I've done so far, use the Dielectric grease on my CDI, Ignition coil, coil to spark plug boot and spark plug cap to spark plug, the fuse by the battery, so I think I'm eliminating the hiccup, still more connections to do

Hope it all works out--and don't forget about possible bad wires, like the spark plug wire can have internal breaks or insulation breaks causing shorts to the frame-good luck
