I'm sorry to ask this but since I haven't done it a over a year, can anyone tell me whether the big end or the small end of the little fitting in the oil drain goes in first? When the bolt comes off, it all flies out and ya can't see how it came out with the little screen.
Hell, I can't even remember if the screen goes in first or last when you are putting it back together.

Ernie the filter fits in spring with rubber on top.

the smallest end of the spring goes in the drain plug first, then your filter drops in spring screen end down, rubber end up, then your ready to put it back together
