I finally got the hose on my air box to fit better found the problem when I had the air box loose and was pushing it on the carb, I notice the air box hitting my starter and not allowing me to push it on as far as I wanted had to pull on rubber hose and hold it there to tighten it Attachments:

The air box hose is staying on, but the problem I'm having now is the worm screw clamp keeps working loose and at wot my scoot starts choking (yep clamp loose again). I think about buying a hard rubber hose to go on carb and then slide hose into the hose on my air box and clamp both.

Get a lock washer and put it behind the head screw, the vibration is loosing it. Alleyoop

If I wasn't so dumb, I be stupid After changing the clamp and tighten good, ran good Wednesday, took scoot to work Thursday and on the way home started to choke at 60 to 65mph got home recheck clamp (it was loose again) When I replace the clamp i turned it around facing out ;D (easier to get to) so as I look at the clamp (I FINALLY CAME TO ME) the voice said, bend the tab down after you tighten it that way it can't work itself loose. So I did and ran it today at high speed and had no problems
