With regard to cars, EFI may well be the greatest invention ever, but my two scoots are both carburetor designs. Are there affordable EFI scoots out there (for me, "affordable" = <$5k, preferably <$4k)?I'm good for now, but if either one craps out I might try to upgrade to EFI, ***IF*** scooter EFI is as reliable as car/truck EFI.

Wow, that TBX-260-EFI looks very, very cool. Almost a grand more than my Roketa, but it would have been tempting. Will keep it in mind. Anybody have personal experiences to share with that one?

I have one and all I can tell you, after 300 miles, is that it starts every time and I can ride on the freeways at 65+ without any problems. I'm still breaking it in so I can't do too much. Love the scoot!
