Get some pictures of the carb and area as well as tell us where it is leaking from and we can tell you how to fix it and adjust the carb.
The fuel system has to be a pretty well sealed system for it to work right otherwise it will get either to much fuel or to much air. The mixture of fuel and air has to be right for the motors to run right so if you have leaks either fuel or air the motors will not run right and my not want to run at all.
