Ok guys, I am loving the Aeolus right now but I have a quick question... what is the max speed on this scoot... I checked my gps says 76 and 80 on the scootmeter. But is seem like it can go faster but its stuck. Are there any restrictors on this engine. I heard that some scooters has an extra washer on the belt or the exhaust pipe it close. Any ideas?

There shouldn't be any restrictions on your scoot, usually those are for 50cc scooters.

I dont like to go over 65 mph on the scooter it gets pretty windy and the Linhai is light not like a harley. I have never seen over 75 on a scooter based on GPS before. I have a 257cc engine.

[replyingto=ridecheap]ridecheap[/replyingto]Just got my new Aeolus 260T had some issues with seat release ( working sometimes ) but after playing with it I fixed the release device which was sticking on occasion. The fix was to make the plastic cover indentation slightly larger so the release lever would not stick with the cover Now I have another issue...I'd like to replace the headlamp bulb to a white light type but can't determine how to get old lamp out. Does anyone in this forum know the procedure and have they replaced the bulb.
