its a gy6 150cc sunl w/ 1654 miles. no issues but i was reading and didnt even realize my bike had gear oil (i looked for it and amazon had a bunch of 75w-90 stuff. is that what i need?

Yes that would be fine and i change mine every 750 to 1,000 miles

I do it with every second oil change . I change my oil every 1000 miles .
