So the wind just knocked over my scoot, 2011 jonway yy250t, I'm still new at all this and its about 10 degrees out, after i got it back on its wheels i just went to quickly inspect if there was anything major brokken, but right now the throttle wont roll in either direction. What can I do to try to fix this? even basic assistance would help since I'm new at this
Thanks!!

Take a close look at the side of carb where the throttle cable is attach, it may of come out and is on the back of the wheel.

It did fall on the right side (wheel locked so hits the handlebar first) Just take apart the handlebar throttle area? And I will check on the carb cable too. Thank you both! I have to wait until tomorrow since its snowing currently -_-

Most ends of a handlebar have what they call HANDLE BAR END CAPS it may just be that the END CAP got pushed onto the THROTTLE GRIP and not letting it turn freely. A lot of the END CAPS on the scoots you will see a SCREW in the center of the END CAP. Loosen the screw and pull the END CAP out a little to free the Throttle grip. Then tighten the screw back up so the END CAP does not fall out. To Alleyoop

it was the handlebar caps, but I unscrewed it but went too far so inside where there was like a bolt or something holding the end cap screw and now i cant get the end cap back on, what part do i need to take apart to get that out?

Sorry I should of mentioned to just loosen it up a little and not unscrew it all out. Did the rubber expanders come out? if so just tilt the scoot so the nut comes out then screw it on up to the rubber exanders put a little water on the rubber expanders and push it back on and tighten. Now if the rubber expanders did not come out you have some digging to do as they say. If you have the thin long nose pliers you can reach in there and pull it out but spray some water in there first to make it a little slipper. Alleyoop
