Hmm I would think maybe the same here. Internet is my friend these days. As much as I want to support my local guys, I'm not paying their price for a belt when I could get in in for 60% of the price & that included shipping. It's a global village these days. Local guys get my money when I buy the scoot, after that all is fair game.

Yip, just back from a 250 mile trip bringing it back. I can see why they are that popular. Good torque for easy cruising and I got 48mpg (US) which I'm happy with seeing as I had a steady head wind all the way.

Keep us posted on the rides and owner stories. I'm sure it will be tempting you to do long rides before long. My first shaft drive bike had me take it on a 3500 mile ride through Canada in a week.
