Sorry guys I missed this and thought his problems were solved, here is the R/R brand new:

This is the same R/R they use on the Rukus, odd indeed.

This concerns me very much:

Well now i have a whole new problem .. the lights are on but are extremely dim and dim all the way off above idle ...im not getting the same numbers as before with the stator test ..

You should get the same voltages on the stator even if the R/R is toast if it's putting out right?

Let's wait for the new R/R to come in and see?
