Alleyoop, Scoot start a little better this morning I turn a/f 1/4 turn clockwise last night. Should I turn that in another 1/4 or wait to see how it does tonight before coming home I will take notice today have he performs in mid-range, (I can't get on this forum at work, so I'll go to scootdoc to let you know).

GREAT!! that means it WAS or IS getting to much fuel for Cold Starts. Sure try another 1/4 turn and see how it acts if it appears to be worse than the 1/4 turn turn it back say 1/8 and try that. Some Motors are finicky on Cold starts to much fuel or not enough and they are hard starters so you just have to fine the SWEET SPOT as they say. But once you get it to start with hitting the Start button ONCE OR TWICE you got it. If you have to crank it and crank it then something is not dialed in. Alleyoop

Ok turn 1/4 leaner, but ran terrible going to work cutting out, so when I got to work I adjusted a/f to 1/2 turn richer, Alleyoop suggested moving my needle jet clip one notch leaner, so I did that this morning, took Bob's suggestion and ran scoot a long time adjusting idle and waiting see where engine adjust, finished that, but when I start scoot it seems to have a low idle and will slowly work its way up to where I had adjusted it, Is this normal?

Update, left scoot set awahile and she fired right up, I notice after she is running the idle does come down a little which is normal, let you know how scoot performs today Now after moving the needle jet clip one notch leaner, going to work scoot acted up again telling it needed to be leaner, last night adjusted a/f 1/4 leaner, she fired right up and idle was good, taking it to work today let you know how it does.
