OK, BUT TURN THE "Y" around like MY PICASSO DRAWING(HAHA). The way it is the ACV VALVE will not get much suction. Alleyoop

Yes, it starts and seems to run good, before I was getting burping in idle, not now. No test drive yet, maybe Monday it is suppose to be high 42, it snowed yesterday

Took scoot to work today, running good the only issue I'm having is I'd would like my scoot to start easier It seems to start for a second, then crank again until it starts again, this goes on for maybe 6, 7 times before finally starts and keeps running, any ideas

That sounds to me like a minor fuel delivery problem, either to much or to little. Does it happen only when COLD? How does it start after it is warmed up? Alleyoop

It happens when its cold (let it set over night or any length of time, it take awhile to start) When I'm trying to start scoot, I can smell gas if that means anything, after it warmed up it usually start up pretty quick.By times I have a rough idle also. I have the a/f 2 1/2 turn out and needle jet on the richest clip.

Well if you smell gas then it is getting to much gas when cold. The idle will get rough if it is getting to much fuel. So I would try turning in the Fuel Ratio screw Clockwise 1/4 at a time and try that if it gets better on the next start but still to much fuel turn it another 1/4 clockwise. Don't forget when cold the ENRICHER is also feeding it fuel.
Why did you set the NEEDLE on the RICHEST CLIP?? Alleyoop

I don't remember now why I set needle on the richest clip? should I move it? I will turn 1/4 turn leaner, and let you know how it goes. Thanks

The needle effects fuel flow from about 20 mph to about 3/4 throttle. Now the richest means you moved the CLIP DOWN to raise the NEEDLE meaning your feeding more fuel in the mid-range. Does it currently run good up through the mid-range and wide upon throttle? If so leave it but if it is a little sluggish getting up to speed then I would move the CLIP to the middle slot. Alleyoop
