This morning I noticed one of my brake lights was out. I checked the reference list, but only the brake "switches" are listed.
Does any one know where (other than Roketaparts.com) to get the brake light bulb. OR Does someone have the size and specs of the bulb and I'll search for one.
Thanks in advance.

Yes the standard 1157 auto bulb is what fits but you might want to consider LED's

Thanks for the numbers.
Is there an easy way to change the bulbs without having to remove the two back plastic body parts?

On mine there is an access panel under the seat to get at all the lights in back I do not know about yours. But the 250 guys on here can tell you just how to if yours does not have an access panel that pulls out under the seat. Alleyoop

Alleyoop I have the same access panel on my 250B, 2-10mm screws hold it to the seat pan, then a tab at the top pulls it out.

Yup, there was an access panel. Thanks. That was easiest and quickest repair I was ever able to do on my sccot. Took less than 5 mins. I did notice that one of the tabs on one the the sockets was broke off, so sadly, it doesn't "lock" in to the lens assembly as snug as it should, but it should be alright.

What you do then is wrap a little Duct tape around the bulb by the socket and it will hold. I know because one of mine is that way as well and it works great. Otherwise it will fall out or the bulb will loosen with the vibrations and bumps and will not make contact and not light up. Alleyoop
