Hi Riders: The question is how do i hook up a Battery Tender Jr. to charge two batteries at the same time in winter storage? Both batteries will be out of the scooters, and on a wooden shelf. Do i have to run some extra wire between the batteries? Or just charge one at a time every other week?

The Battery Tender Jr. Is only made to trickle charge and maintain one battery. A battery charger or trickle charger to handle more than one are SPECIAL they have different circuits to handle more than one battery.
So either buy TWO Tenders or every week switch to the other battery.
