hi everyone,
im sorry i havent kept anyone informed of whats been going on.
i had that legal probs { which i'll get to}
and that sent me in to a major depression.
its not just this forum i wasnt on, it was everything on line
unless i needed to 'google' something.
I just have been off line.
i did get back on meds 3-4 weeks ago,
so life is looking a lil better but jail still threatens.
the last deal my piece of crap court appointed attorney has worked out
is one day less then year to 2 day less than 2 years----so its county time instead of state time and i think he also said followed by 1 year house arrest.
im not to happy with this, but if i would take them to trial and lose
i could be facing 8-16 or 9-18 years.
thats all because 28 years ago after my hubs died, i became a alkie, then a 'coke' addict and robbed a few banks.
your record never goes away in PA and i have what they call a 'high score'. Doesnt matter that it was 28 years ago.
so anyways i have found a home for all my 'kids'.
Berry berry found this white cat a few months ago.
it was in the worse shape i ever saw in a cat. it was a mess

anyways it took me over a hour to get it to come to me and eat a lil food. so i got it to come home, and i made a bed for her in 'Chrissy's" tent garage. things went well for a few weeks. it stayed in the tent and when i brought my kids out in the A.M. for their walk, she would run and join us. It is a very good cat. ANYWAYS after 3-4 weeks it started limping. i checked it all out and could find nothing wrong at all. its limp got progressively worse and worse till it wasn't even using its leg. I wrote every place that does anything with strays etc etc.
a few got back to me , quick, but no follow up. Except this one shelter

she said she'd come get her if i surrender her { i had posted pics of her} get her medical help and then put her up for adoption, and said she'd go quick. he has put 6-7-8 lbs on since i found her. and i had talked to Susan in 1 call and many e mails. i told what a GREAT cat she was and i was falling for her. susan came to get her like 11am on a sunday and saw my "cat run" i had for my kids.
heres a few pics.
13 ft long. lil over 2 ft high & wide a lil area down in the grass
and even a sun porch .
and we talked for 1/2 or so. my kids came down into the 'run'
she met 4 of em. realized i was a cat lover after all. i j/king said i should let her get the cat all the medical help it needed. then put up the adoption fee of $75 and get her back. and maybe save TONS of $$.
Susan called me 3 hours later and said she was 10 mins away with the cat. She will be fine. sorta like 'bronchitis's' , got 2 shots and a weeks of meds , but since i wanted her do much i could have her. When she got her i told her how much i wanted her BUT ( o BTW the vet says it a boy and fixed i int never been wrong about a cat before) so him now, but i might be going to jail for a while and i didnt even know what to do with my family. she called me next day and said she'd take care of my kids when i was in jail. no problem etc. etc. we have communicated a ton and she will take great care of my kids. its a damn shame i dont have enough $ saved up to keep my apt, well actually i do, but dont have someone to come in every day to check on the kids.
wow this was supposed to be kinna short. OMG
well so kids will be ok
so that makes me happy
the rest of it depresses the hell outa me
especially since i thought i was the being attacked
and any living thing that gets attacked
does one of 2 things FIGHTS OR FLEES
i was trying to flee and i get to go to jail
