I have a new 2011 Jonway YY250T that I'm about to adjust after the break in period, just wanted to know the engine oil, gear oil, coolant type, brake fluid, and fuse types that I should use to replace them with. The manual is the poorly translated chinese and it gives diferent numbers throughout the two manuals. Thank you!!

Ok Benny lets start with engine;
A good name brand oil (no synthetic) if it's hot where you live I recommend 10W/40W I use Castrol but to each his own
Coolant you need a good 50/50 premix that is made for aluminum block engines, no nitrates, silicates, borates. I use Prestone 50/50 in the yellow jug. You must make sure you properly burp the engine, any air at all and it will run stupid, we have a how to on burping in the tech section.
Gearbox/transmission a good quality 70W to 90W gear oil and depending on what engine you have deteremines the amount.
Brake fluid again a good quality DOT3 fluid, I use the Prestone synthetic in mine.

I use 80w90 for the gears, with success.
Manufacturer recommends SAE 15W40 on my bike, but i've equipped the bike with SAE10W30 and noticed a minor performance improvement. I don't know if 10/30 is good for the long run though.

Those are great, thanks guys. Any idea on the Spark plug I should use? There are like 4 listed in the manual.

No need to change it. After the break-in period you could clean it a bit, make sure the plug is not covered with black or white at the tip; but all those people saying they got such a better experience with 'platinum' sparkplugs, just ignore their comments. A spark is a spark, and it makes very little difference. I'd change the spark plug when it's bad. As long as the motor is running well, no need to change it, unless you want to spend more money into it. I've known cars that ran on their spark plugs for over 25 years, and only had a minor adjustment to the gap made. Those spark plugs where created in the '60's when tolerances wheren't what they are now...
That'd be my personal opinion, some others might disagree with me.
