Ok I started getting the wot issue it would just cut off for a few seconds and if I let off the gas it would start going again. After removing and checking everything twice I tried to bypass the petcock and what do you know it fixed the problem. I test the petcock and it seems to be letting the gas flow with vacuum but i guess not fast enough... Does it hurt anything to bypass the petcock it seems to run fine now....
Next issue i have is I have found where the freaking squealing noise is coming from. its coming out of the clutch if i get off the bike and lean slightly to left I can hear the same noise as when driving it. Is something maybe rubbing on the clutch I have taken the cover off before and it seems to be working fine but the noise is bad and driving me nuts
After trying to find the issue of the shaking scooter I found that the rear tire had a bubble coming out of the side wall and the tires were cracking around sidewall like they were dry rotting. I ordered Shinko SR429 from motercycle superstore and ordered new valve stems.. after removing front tire the valve stem inside was almost cracked in half very brittle like dry rot... My take on the ice bear scooters they have been sitting in a warehouse for 5 years even the plastic is so brittle half of the tabs have broken off. Jim was great to work with but I would not recommend ice bear to anyone. Sorry but just stating the facts here is a list of stuff I have had to change. I only have 900 miles on the scooter and I got lucky that i didn't have a tire blow out..
new carburetor cdi coil and spark plug fuel lines front forks throttle control new rocker arms and valve cover gasket Both tires and valve stems
I have the new tire on now and just ran test run man what a difference it rides a lot smoother now and no shaking.
