I've got everything else working but now the plug isnt getting apark, so I traced the wiring harness to the cdi, but the green wire is spliced to three other green wires. The wnricer, the kickstand, and the starter.. Is this supposed to be like that? If so what are some other solutions? If not does anyone know how they are supposed to be? Or a wiring schematic to a Baja SC50? Thanks in advance..

The green wire, 9 times out of 10 on gy6 harnesses is ground. So three greens spliced together is probably fine.
Did you use 1) a test light to verify that you have current going to CDI with key on? 2) a voltmeter to check amount of current?
Did you use a voltmeter to test primary and secondary circuits of coil?
The first step it to make sure power gets to your coil and CDI.

Got it fixed.. it was the killswitch I disconnected it from the cdi and it busted right off.. Thanks for the help everyone!!

Yeah, I ordered a new one from ebay, and have a new battery, carb diaphragm, and mirrors on the way from mainely scooters.. But it fires and drives now.. Just not too well when u get on the throttle, because of the diaphragm.. But Thanks again for everything.. You gonna be at STO JR??
