This special day started near the end of the Civil War. A within a few years the practice of placing flowers on military graves had spread throughout both north & south & was being called by almost everyone "Decoration Day." Then after WW1 it became a national holiday dedicated to remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms that we enjoy. As we have our barbecues in the back yard, with our family & friends, never forget the meaning behind this special weekend. And all those on our scooter forum that is serving or has served this great Country or has given their lives, I humblely say (Thank You) Attachments:

Lets not loose focus, if not for what the vet gave/give we would not have the life we have today. I wish to thank all vets past present and future! !!!!!!!

i'm asian turned US citizen 2years ago, up to now i dunno what are we Memorial-izing during memorial day,,?? but one thing im sure of,i have no work today and i get paid.,,,awsome!!...anyways,,,i extend my support and respect to all Vets out there... Thank You!
