First question: Woodruff key are you talking about the key on the crankshaft that holds the Flywheel? IF so that is to hold the FLYWHEEL in the correct position so it does not rotate on the shaft.
As far as Free Flow Exhaust they call them Performance Exhaust, most are straight through meaning there are no baffles in them to quiet them down. The exahust goes out faster which makes the motor run leaner that is why you need more fuel also a performance exhaust will be louder. Alleyoop

HAHAHA!!, Well yes they will advertise them as performance exhaust and tell you, you will get more power and go 900mph and a lot of BULL SHIT like that. But don't believe it with just the free flow exhaust you will THINK you are going fastet DUE TO THE NOISE it makes You also need a Free Flow Filter to get more air to go along with the Free Flow Exhaust and then you have to RE-JET your carb to feed it more fuel. So its not as easy as it sounds, also you have to get one that will MOUNT onto your scoot without modifications. A lot of them require some kind of modification to put them on. JlRod, QUESTION: what are you looking for out of your scoot, more top end speed, strong exceleration, climbing hills etc... Alleyoop

Oil Cooler just keeps it running a little cooler but nothing for more power or performance. Motors do not like heat but 99.9 percent of the scoots out there do not have an OIL COOLER So with that said you can do better for that amount of money spent for what you want. Let me ask do you know what engine is in there? Is it a GY6? They usually have the engine imprinted on the Motor Case left side near the CVT cover. For less money you can get a performance Variator and weights to get more exceleration and a little more top end speed for starters. Alleyoop

COOL!! That is the same motor that is on mine. So you can get a 115mm Variator and play with the weights and get some added top end on it. Also a performance CDI which has advanced timeing gives you a little more power. Alleyoop
