Ok, Can the handlebars be aligned straight with the front wheel?
Going down the road straight the Handlebars are cocked about 1" or so to the right Can you move the Handlebars to align them Is the question? Alleyoop

Thanks, He just sent me pictures of the top of the handlebars and they are welded so it is bent someplace at the bottom. There is no adjustment up on top by the handlebars. Alleyoop

Man what a cheap setup those handlebars are. The handlebars are welded just like a cheaps bicycle handlbebars would be. The actual handle bar is welded onto a pipe the pipe then goes over the Trees stem and one bolt and screw hold it on. Then near the top right before the actual handlebar is welded they have a u shaped piece welded where the Fron Cowl screws onto and have a nice day. NO ADJUSTMENT whatsever. If its off by a little your screwed. Alleyoop

Yep. I think you get a lot for your money in almost all China scoots. Depending on your luck, maybe more a lot more than you paid for, not so much more.
But I would think it could be cut mostly apart, bent and re-welded so they matched. Might have to get clever to mask the weld so it does not show.
