got my new digital tack today was wondering if any has used these befor if so witch is the best way to set it up to read
i fireing per rev or 2 fireings per rev so i can get the best accurate reading

Well our scoots fire on every revolution so I would say set it on 1.
So at idle it should read under 2000rpms.

I'm looking for one myself. Needs to be back-lit so I can see it at night. I've found a couple on eBay, but no way to tell if the cheap ones are back-lit or not. I'd really prefer a round gauge, but the smallest I can find is 2", and there really isn't a place to mount it properly.  |
