they were originaly known as helmet cases, i still have the old boxes mine came in and it states on it, helmit case used for the storage of helmets when not in use, now their called every thing else most all scooter and mc shops have them differant kinds and sizes depending on what you prefer the ones JR is refering too are really nice as they do just snap off and on and also as he said ebay has a lot there also , travler 1
