I'm having a problem I've never had before. Tried internet searches and I guess nobody has had this problem either. So I turn key on and try starting it. It turns over but not starting. So I went to check if it had spark. Went to pull to plug wire off and I got shocked. The motor wasn't Turing over. So I turned the key off and took plug out stuck it in the boot grounded it turned key back on and it starts sparking.. its not turning over just sparking. I've never herd of this problem before hoping I can get some help.
