The ccr's at the HOA where I live State no motorcycle can be operated within the community if you are a resident. It doesn't say the word scooter. I have two motorcycles and I have one scooter. I I am curious to know if I can legally ride my scooter in here because the ccr's does not mention the word scooter. It is a Yamaha Majesty 400. All I really want to do is ride any of these two wheeled vehicles from my house to the front gate so I can ride around in the Free World and then write it back in to put back in the garage. What is wrong with these people?
