Bought a used E-Charm C150T. No owner's manual.
Yellow light on dashboard blinks randomly while scooter is running. Battery tends to DIE between rides. What is the light trying to tell me?

Between the time I took off the old battery, and the day the new battery FINALLY arrived, I had plenty of time to forget which terminal the FUSED line goes to. Positive or negative? TWO terminals, 3 wires, and no matter which one I put it on, nothing lights up, starter won't spin. The fuse is good, and the battery reads 12 v
