My 150cc taotao quantum headlights just stopped working. While trying to fix this problem, I have replaced the regulator/rectifier, stator, high/low beam switch and bulbs. Nothing has fixed the problem. All other lights (running lights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, license plate light) that run off the battery work fine. HELP!
