I have the stock intake on it and the stock carb as well, the jet kit I got only goes up to a 80 main jet, maybe I should order a 85 main jet and then try the pod filter on it , idk but it wont run w out stock air box w a 80 main jet or any smaller main jet, I put the 70 main jet in it and put on stock air box and it runs good but I know more air in is better so idk what I'm doing wrong ! Yes and it was 114psi , idk what I'm doing wrong, I have installed the 80 main jet and took off air box and it don't want to go like it has no pwr, so I put the 75 jet in and still same thing just bogged down when I gave it some gas, so I put airbox back on and it took right off and run fine, maybe its not ment to run w out the airbox on, I have a new 72cc bbk on it and the techigas pipe as well ! arcanum70,JR,alleyoop,terrilee,ccprof,justbuggin2,tvnacman,marcystoy,pablo,cyborg ,, Hi I'm larry, I have a 2009 sf50 Hyosung , I have put in a 72cc bbk, technigas pipe, racing CDI, changed variator w malossi 5.5gram weigths, and rear cluch brake w narko system ,I installed 80 main jet w cone filter and it has no pwr now and bogs out when I give it the gas when I go to ride it,, What am I doing wrong ! when I put stock air box on it runs ok again !
