I agree, the Dentist no place to visit. He had to rebuild my tooth. Just now starting to feel the pain The novocaine is wearing off. He said it will hurt for a few days. I just took couple of pain pills.

Well I decided to go take a quick look at the scooter before going to Dentist. I did fine the radiator cap finally!! Check my video at the 1 minute and 8 second mark. You will see a red plastic cover behind the other cap. So I have to remove that plastic covering to get to the radiator cap that is behind the other cap.

Your radiator pressure cap should be near the top of your engine. I can't tell by the video but the cap you showed seems to be the overflow cap. The drain plug is just below the water pump which in your video you point to several times. It is the bottom allen wrench screw. Look at your video again and where you point to the clamp going into the water pump at the very bottom is the drain plug. When you open your seat you should be looking at the pressure cap for the radiator, which is where you fill it. It also needs to be removed when you drain the old fluid out. Thanks Speed, you see that screw you talking about, now I have to find that radiator cap. Going to Dentist, so that will be my project tomorrowl

Hulk the drain is on the water pump and here is a complete how to on draining it and burping the system. Also the level of coolant in the reservoir was OK, you DO NOT fill it up all the way. Don't know exactly where but there is a radiator and cap to this scooter and to fully drain it you will need to remove it. Also even though that hose is at a angle after draining ti you will want to fill it with ordinary water and drain again untill the water is clear. thescooterprofessor.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=cool&thread=24&page=1Also here is a PDF instruction section from the YY250 service manual that gives help and pictures also. thescooterprofessor.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=cool&action=display&thread=257You need to remember getting all the air out is very important and to properly burp it, any air in the system makes them act stupid. JR Thanks JR, Those links look very helpfull!!! I download that one to my desktop.

Open the radiator cap, your radiator cap is in the middle of your headlights, the other is your fill, you need to remove the bottom bolt out of your water pump which is on your left side of your engine, the one you were pointing to in your video. hope this helps. Thanks Richard but no it didnt help because as you can see from my video. There is no radiator cap in middle of my headlights.

Thanks JR, but when it comes to bore size and pistons, that doesnt mean anything to me. That stuff to me is like alien language. hehe But I even tried looking up manuals for the Linhai what you and Alleyoops talked about. Got nothing but dead ends while searching.
