So I drive a 49cc Vespa LX 50. Originally my battery was just dead so I always kick started the scooter and that worked fine. Then on really hot days as I was using the throttle I noticed it would start to almost kind of give out and the scooter would only be going about half speed when the throttle was held down all the way. When this would happen it would be really hard to kick start again but usually I could kick start it after a few minutes. I'm not sure if the heat had to do with it or not. I live in Florida so almost every day is hot. However, now I can't kickstart the thing at all. Any help would be great.
