Well all the info I have is from a site that I used to be a member of, scooterforumonline.com. Anyway the name on the scooter is actually Sunway and it is stamped as a 139QMB, however it is a 2t and trying to remember what I was told before I believe it is actually a d1e40qmb (they told me that from the location of the injector pump)

Quick overview, I had a no spark issue and narrowed it down to a bad stator. I replaced it and the problem was solved, I bolted everything back up and took it for a spin around the block to check the timing. It ran good but when I pulled back in the driveway it died and would not refire. I checked to see if the stator still had a good signal and it did. I then replaced the coil, plug, and wire. I am at a loss here, this is a non-cdi ignition. Please someone help.
