Welcome and for sure get some pictures of the wiring problem areas and if the the rest of the parts are working you will have a running and working scoot. Alleyoop Thank you for the welcome going to try borrow a cam , So far have removed plastics to fully inspect the frame and whatnot. No major problems far as i can tell. Fuel system seems to be good tank was almost full gas when i picked it up, bowl drain was opened and gas looked fresh and clean but will do a carb clean-out and or rebuild before put to DD duty. Not too worried about the cosmetics and going try to upload some pictures of current state of dismantle with shots of the wiring, would i start a new thread or  post here in this thread?? Thank you |

Read Mid-west weather article Brrrrrr,, Thanks for the welcome and reply. Hope to get pictures for sure, appreciate the offer of assistance. Maybe awhile before i do so dont forget me. Yes i do believe it was a hot-wire job for sure. Wanted to ask maybe you could tell me. i have a wiring diagram for the E-ton sport 150, i tried Google for information always lead to this diagram but mine is sport 50cc no 150cc. I maybe borrow a camera from someone soon too, Should i start a new thread with the pictures or continue post them here , Thanks..... |

Hi, recent buy 2009 E-ton Sport 50 4stroke, was bought from a police auction on the cheapy cheap i might add did have some frontal damage from a spill front wheel fender is scratched and scrapes but good, front headlight and housing mount gone, key switch is vandalized the key hole but unit still intact, from frame wire harness 1 red 1 black wire cut and spliced(not by me)the wires from key switch not connected to anything either and not connector to connect to, plus another 3 wire female connector 2yellow 1 green terminated but nothing to connect to, at battery (negative side)some wiring (not cdi) has been cut off connectors, so for now got no spark issue or issues ,,LoL not my FAV. dept.. but willing to give it a shot may (mean life or death) Nawww, but am interested to learn to put this back original condition, mostly everything else there and good to fair useable condition, and by the way i pushed this scoot home from the auction as i have no vehicle to deliver it was about 3 hrs away pushing it home am i dedicated or what? At least its nice weather here and i was smart enuff bring small air pump to inflate tires
