The only thing as of right now that happens when the key is turned on is the fuel gauge rises and reads the level, hazard and turn signals work and the high beam flash function works as well.No start,no running lights,no horn and of course no brake light.

Thanks for chipping in ellpee everything you said so far matches my bike.My main problem is that I font know where these modded red wires connected to the front of the scoot.I can tell you that there is a male harness just sitting there with nothing connected to it I'm starting to get the idea that this scooter was wired this way due to the harness missing in the first place.Maybe I'll take some pics to clear this up?

Wow guy thanks for a quick response first things first. So the story with my scoot its a 06 Tank Urban 250cc.When I got the scoot it had aftermarket switch installed for the light to control them independatly meaning you can turn the lights on/off kinda like a straight to the battery setup. The bike would start and run fine no problem. My smart a%& decided to take the switch out and I disconnected all of the wires that have been previously modded/rigged.I guess my goal was to rewire the bike right but shortly after turned into a complete nightmare. At this point I'm completely lost and very frustrated. So said that here is what I do remember clearly about the modded wiring job. These was 3 total wires coming off the battery.1 is the stock factory fat wire going to the coil? (Guessing).2 a red wire (mod) going from the like fuse on one side farthest from the battery.3 another red wire (mod) with another fuse link going to the brown wire from the fuse box which I found out is running lights. All thses wires were connected to some sort of main wire on the front of the scoot to run the lights and obviously start the scoot. Please let me know what else do you guys need to get this problem resolved. Thanks again!
